In 2012 the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Conference will be different, and as such we will not be hosting traditional Plenary presentations.
The Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association and its partners will be hosting a Canadian Learning Institute, concentrating on four advance and intermediate learning streams, including:
1) Advocacy, Knowledge Translation, Leadership and Organizational Development
2) Inter-professional Education and Practice
3) Awareness, Information, Social Media and Advance Care Planning
4a) Clinical Practice - Pain
4b) Inter-professional Clinical Practice - General
We will recruit the best faculty in Canada along with recognized international leaders. This Learning Institute will be lead by four program stream development committees which are currently being struck.
We invite you - the best and brightest in the hospice palliative care field into intimate and intensive workshops sessions where attendees and presenters can focus on discussing the pressing issues at hand.
